What is TrackIn and how does it work?
TrackIn is a GPS tracking platform that helps you see where your vehicles are, how they are being driven, and whether they are safe on the road. A compact GPS device is installed in each vehicle, which sends live location, speed, and status data to the TrackIn cloud server, and you can view everything on the app or web dashboard anytime.
How accurate is the GPS tracking?
TrackIn uses standard automotive GPS technology, which typically provides location accuracy within about 3–10 meters in normal outdoor conditions. Accuracy can be slightly affected in tunnels, dense buildings, or bad weather, but for everyday driving and fleet monitoring it is precise enough to see the correct route, stops, and movements on the map.
Can I track multiple vehicles at once?
Yes, TrackIn is designed for single users as well as fleets, so you can track multiple vehicles on the same map in real time from one account. You can view all vehicles together on the live map, filter by vehicle or group, and open detailed trip history and alerts for each one separately.
Does TrackIn offer dashcam recording?
Dashcam recording is available only if you use TrackIn-compatible dashcam hardware that combines GPS tracking with video telematics. With a supported dashcam, you can record road footage while also capturing GPS-based location, speed, and time data, so incidents can be reviewed with both video and route history together.
