How do I install the Fleettrack GPS tracker?
You can install it easily with the help of a local mechanic, get phone support from our team, or fill the installation form for doorstep installation (installation charges applicable).
Does Fleettrack GPS Tracker require a SIM card or data plan?
Yes, the Fleettrack GPS Tracker requires both a SIM card and an active data plan to function properly.
How do I recharge or maintain the device?
Fleettrack requires no maintenance, comes with a 1-year replacement warranty, and you can renew the device with an extended replacement warranty (excluding physical damage).
Will the Fleettrack device drain my vehicle battery?
No, the Fleettrack device will not drain your battery during regular use. For bikes, battery drain may occur only if the vehicle is not used for more than 10 days, depending on battery health. For cars, even if the vehicle is idle for more than a month, the battery will not drain. The Fleettrack app also shows external battery voltage so you can monitor it regularly.
Does the Fleettrack GPS tracker support a relay, and is it advisable?
Yes, the Fleettrack GPS tracker supports a relay, but it is not advisable as using a relay can affect the device warranty and may cause the vehicle battery to drain faster.

Fleettrack supports ignition on/off, geo-fence, daily summary, overspeed, and power-cut alerts, plus safe-parking alarm or call alerts when mobile data is off (available for Pro users only).

If you’re not receiving alerts, make sure notifications are enabled in the Fleettrack app settings on your phone.

Why is the GPS location inaccurate or delayed?
Fleettrack GPS trackers provide up to <5-meter accuracy; location may be inaccurate or delayed if the vehicle is parked in a basement with no GPS signal or if the ignition wire is not properly connected.
What do I do if I change my phone or uninstall the app?
If you change your phone or uninstall the app, simply log in again using your registered email ID; if you’ve forgotten the registered email, contact Fleettrack support with a valid bill for assistance.
