How often are updates released?
We ship updates continuously. Major releases land roughly monthly across Trackin, the Fleettrack app and Motomesh, with smaller improvements, fixes and security patches in between.
How do I update the app?
Mobile apps update automatically through the Google Play Store and Apple App Store. Enable auto-updates, or open the store listing and tap Update. The Trackin web platform updates automatically — just refresh.
Where can I download the latest version?
Download the Fleettrack and Motomesh apps from the Google Play Store or Apple App Store. The Trackin platform runs in your browser at your account URL.
How do I report a bug or request a feature?
Contact our support team with your platform, app version and a short description. Feature requests are reviewed by our product team and often appear in a future release.
Do updates cost extra?
No. Feature updates, improvements, security patches and bug fixes are included with your Fleettrack subscription at no additional cost.
Will an update affect my existing data or devices?
Updates are backward compatible. Your historical data, devices and integrations keep working. Any breaking API change is announced in advance in this changelog.
How do I follow new releases?
