The F11 adds a 2K rear camera instead of 1080P, the 3.0-inch IPS screen and ADAS safety features. The F9 shares the same 4K front sensor at a lower price.
No. The F11 is a Wi-Fi dashcam, so there is no SIM and nothing to renew.
The SONY IMX335 sensor is designed for low light, and 4K resolution means detail survives when you zoom into a frame afterwards.
