Fleettrack currently ships products across India. International shipping may be available for selected products and destinations. Please contact us before placing an international order.
Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
- Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- During sales or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly longer.
Delivery Time
Estimated delivery times:
- Metro Cities: 2–5 Business Days
- Other Cities & Towns: 3–7 Business Days
- Remote Locations: 5–10 Business Days
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges (if applicable) are displayed during checkout.
- Free shipping may be offered on selected products or promotional campaigns.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via Email, SMS, or WhatsApp.
Delivery Attempts
Courier partners generally make up to three delivery attempts. If delivery cannot be completed, the package may be returned to us.
Damaged Shipments
If your package arrives damaged:
- Do not accept the package if the outer packaging appears severely damaged.
- Contact us within 48 hours with photos or videos.
Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address. Fleettrack is not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
